(Nasdaq: RETA) (“Reata” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, today announced that it has priced a public offering of 2,000,000 shares by the Company of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $140.85 per share, for gross proceeds of $281.7 million. Reata has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase 300,000 additional shares of its Class A common stock, on the same terms and conditions as the shares offered in the public offering. The offering is expected to close on or about December 4, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
