  • Placement agent for ACORE Capital’s first discretionary commingled real estate debt fund, aggregating $556 million of equity capital;
  • Placement agent for Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd.’s second Asia-focused value-add fund, aggregating $1.4 billion of equity capital; and
  • Financial advisor to Clarion Partners in the recapitalization of Gables Residential ($3.2 billion of gross assets) and conversion to an open-end fund
