computing, today announced preliminary financial information for its
fiscal third quarter ended March 31, 2019.
Preliminary Fiscal Third Quarter Highlights
The Company expects to report the following financial results for the
quarter ended March 31, 2019:
Net sales in a range of $742 million to $752 million compared to its
previous guidance range of $800 million to $860 million
- GAAP and non-GAAP gross margin in the range of 15.5% to 15.7%
GAAP fully diluted earnings per share in the range of $0.22 to $0.26;
non-GAAP fully diluted earnings per share in the range of $0.48 to
Cash flow from operations of $112 million and capital expenditures of
GAAP gross margin for the fiscal third quarter of 2019 that the Company
expects to report is in the range of 15.5% to 15.7% and GAAP fully
diluted earnings per share is in the range of $0.22 to $0.26.
Non-GAAP gross margin for the fiscal third quarter of 2019 that the
Company expects to report is in the range of 15.5% to 15.7%, which
excludes stock-based compensation expense of $0.4 million. Non-GAAP
fully diluted earnings per share is expected to be in the range of $0.48
to $0.52, which excludes stock-based compensation expense of $5.0
million and Audit Committee investigation and review expense and other
non-recurring expense of $13.9 million and the related tax effects of

investments was $187.0 million and bank debt was $22.9 million.

stock-based compensation of $5.0 million, and Audit Committee
investigation and review expense and other non-recurring expense of
$13.9 million less related tax effect of $4.3 million.
